Has your company released a mandate statement?

log book is equivalent to a time card. Regulations stipulate that I can’t modify epa engines, it doesn’t mandate me from having to buy it. It is clearly up to me if I want a regulated truck or not.

that’s the point I’m making. I make the choice if I participate in the gooberment’s requirements for newer trucks.

 

First it is a medical issue, so its no ones business but yours if you do get it or not. I'm not carry around a vax passport like Los Angeles County is now requireing. Thank God I live in Kern County.

As far as the governments power the law was pet in president along time ago giving them the authority to require vaxination's in a health crisis. But I refuse to discuss it with an employer or anyone else.

The Fed's (Uncle Joe) would get better cooperation without pushing it so hard. There push is what I against, I do beleive Vaxinations work. I do not trust our government after the things I have seen in the last 66 years.

Excellent attitude then, ill just convieniently stop filling out my time sheet, obviously in a 99 and older thats fine, the dot wont care and certainly wont use regulations as written to detain me against my will and come dot audit time, theyll slap me with a fine that i don't have to pay because its not a law, and nothing bad can ever happen to me...

The point you are making is how MUCH regulation you are willing to tolerate, not that you dont at all. Which is what im pointing to.
