Paccar mx13 oil pressure issue

Just replaced oil temp/coolant sensor but my oil temp is still Getty in the red. Any ideas? Thought about changing oil thermostat

Both Pete 579's I have had run between 60 and 80 normally depending on the load on the motor. If you still have the owners manual for the engine see what the operating range is and go from there.

It's there when parked and I rev the engine and I finally got the computer to tell me it has an issue with the oil pressure, but I'm not seeing any evidence of that otherwise.

The gauge by the way goes straight to 100 as soon as I turn the key, so I know there is sensor issue of some sort.

I'm having the same problem did you ever get this fixed

Just in case anyone has this issue I fixed one today on a 2017 K/W with Paccar MX13 engine. I replaced the sensor. When you switched the truck on it would go to 40 PSI oil pressure. When you started the truck it would max out to 100+. I made a video as well. Nothing fancy.
