Looking to hire a driver and take ownership of truck

Good morning - just going to put it all out there if it’s something any one is interested in feel free to reach out. I have a 2001 freightliner century I purchased last year that I haven’t been able to put a driver in to run. It’s a great running truck however I am not familiar with the trucking industry and got into this with encouragement from my father in law who owns and runs several trucks. I want out but don’t want to lose all the money I paid for the truck which I over paid for.
