    I've 6 months of experience now and decided to apply to other carriers. My current Megacarrier has treated me well, but the compensation is rather low.

    I applied for a position with Averitt Express that seems promising.

    Home 4-5 times a week
    $1500 to $1700 advertised per week pay
    Pallet unloading with an electric jack (no pallet breakdown)
    Average of 6 stops per week

    It's a dedicated account delivering for Petco. Anyone has any insight on this company and/or this particular account? Good, Bad? Pros, Cons?

    Any comments are welcome.

    I have spoken to many drivers who run out of the Grand Prairie distribution center and every single one I have talked to has said they loved it and didn't want to go anywhere else. I used to load across the street from their GP yard and got a chance to talk to alot of drivers while tarping my loads.
