Nope Panhandle, I was not in OH.
Lets see... Last night I was on US29 in VA in Danville at a Pilot.
Delivered in Spartinsburg SC today, and Picked up in that area.
Now I am at a small truckstop on I-85 in NC. Cannot remember the yardstick or town atm lol. It is around mm 75 or so. Headed to northern VA. Short miles and I have to wait till 0400 Wed to deliver. I was hopeing for a drop in Richmond but I doubt it.
It has a driver unload, full trailer but only 10k lbs. I am just praying there is no breakdown.
I delivered the load as planned on Saturday and was called by dispatch begging me to run out the weekend. They had a truck break down and with all the drivers at home they did not have one available to get the load.
So I have been running. Miles are not bad for the week till tomarrow. Only 240 to run from here to delivery then I sit the rest of the day.
I highly doubt that I can deliver early, and if there is breakdown they better plan on me being in that dock for hours and hours. I will be as slow as I can lol. Making a professional driver unload a truck. It is ungodly.
Good going in school for those that passed, and good luck to those going.
I do not say that much and I apologize. Just too many faces pass thru here, quit in a few months (even if they passed) and we never hear from them again.
Gets sad after a while.

Am at the hook in Davenport, IA. Have been all around this town today. Delievered in Maquoketa, IL this morning. A d&h. The only mty they had was a piece of junk that I had to take to Thermoking. From there, I drove up to Joslin to pick up another damaged tlr and brought it to Utility. Lost the load that I had that was going to end up at Andrews AFB. Bummer.

I haven't started with them yet. I just sent my paperwork into to get school set up. Hopefully I will get in there soon.

At Eau Claire WI, Waiting on JJ's 10 hr break to finish, so we can head to Wausau WI to pick up a Kraft load.
We dead headed From Rochelle IL last night to pick up a load at Eau Claire WI and get to the shipper and send in our 13 and 10 minutes later get a message saying you have been unassigned from that load
(after 200+ dead head miles) found a truck stop down the road and waited for the next stuffed up Load!
Get a message you have been preset please contact your FM for details, we waited and waited to get the load and then get a message saying it was Telephone dispatch, so JJ calls his FM, it was a load going to Kraft in Wausau which was supposed to be picked up 0800 12/29/09 at this stage its well after 0900 here and its over 100 miles deadhead there, and JJ had already used a fair chunk of his clock running to Eau Claire!
Buts lets regress a lil, before that JJ accidentally sent in a free form 0 which goes to all departments letting them know he wasn't happy about this newest stuff up, lets hope it hit John Isaacson's desk so he can hear why the Lease guys are turning in trucks like there is no tomorrow. -
1bad has 2 presets one only 174 miles away then a dh to pick up a load with over 1k on it going to Ft Worth. He will run about 1400 this weekend alone looking like it's gonna be a good week! With the way Verizon has screwed us this month we sure are gonna need the miles!
