Best state for a new O/O?

Yeah but just remember as nice as small towns can be.. it's often a case of everyone needs to be in your business and if you don't fit into the local agenda then they will often purposely be A-holes to you because you're an outsider. Rural people can put up a good front of being nice, so long as you fit in with them..

My theory on small towns is if you are gonna be in one don't live in the town unless you already know people there. Get a place outside of town.

 

It didn’t bother me any. If it was a liberal area they would be doing the same thing. Especially since the guy is so into politics then it’s natural he would be hyper curious.

People around here are tolerant of either side but yes it’s certainly Trump leaning. But, frankly most states are unless you live on a coast. lol

 

You get a quote for insurance yet? New authority insurance has skyrocketed. I couldn't imagine trying to get my authority right now
