I know, it's not like we don't talk to other drivers!
Of course we had pretty decent trucks under the old contractor, traded in every 500k or so, the new contractor decided to run them to a million instead.
And I've seen some other contractor trucks that I would have refused to drive, so there's that. -
wouldnt surprise me. i talked to a fedex driver, he spends 6 days in his truck running a full 70 and paid flat rate of 250 per day...oh and hes a 1099. why ppl work for such scum is something i will never understandSevynsUp, HiramKingWilliams and Grouch Thank this.

The FedEx ground guys here on TTR all say the FedEx does not allow their contractors to pay on a 1099. They must pay W2.

That’s ridiculous. But if one has a sketchy background or something, we’ll it’s not horrible.
