No worries. I really just meant that I’d hate to see you wait 6 months to order a truck, or even a year, and then it take a year or who knows, maybe even 1.5 yrs to get it! In the mean time your yearly expenses start looking like Siinmans which are highly accurate to my own experiences running used emissions north of 500k miles. So, instead of being able to save up money towards purchasing the new one ideally outright, then you’ve invested 25k into a truck that is going to be worth another 25k less over that same period. So it’s a net loss of 50k based on the mistake of a false confidence in that your truck is going to be different then all the others because you loved it and took care of it. And none of this factors in down time which I can tell Siinman has experienced due to him saying, when one sensor goes, just replace them all! lol. It’s smart and coming from experience.
Ive made these mistakes and was just giving my opinion in a short statement.
So a question for some of you savvy o/o's

gliders and old trucks are a niche market, just because someone doesn’t get it doesn’t mean there’s not 10 people wanting a new old truck specd that way….
