Feeling a bit better, came across this!

 

I feel like that, at least once a day. But there is no way I could move my feet that fast LOL

I understand that there are BETTER places to eat breakfast than Waffle House....

But NOBODY beats Waffle House at their own game.

This place beats Waffle House, hands down.




I been going there for over 30 years, and my folks and Grandparents were going there long before that. I can remember when there were no other major business around it. There used to be a diesel shop and a scrap metal place nearby, but that was it. Used to see alot of trucks parked in, what was then, the large gravel lot beside it on Sundays. Its a good old fashion Mom and Pop joint... And they have THE BEST WAFFLES known to man!!!

 

New crapcadia life has crashed on the side of the road. Coolant leak has caused engine shutdown. Now waiting on Ryder road service. I’m hoping the tech they send is half as good as the guy I had this morning.

 

Dude, there's so many places, (particularly in the midwest) where they will absolutely wear you out on breakfast.
The thing about Waffle House is that they're just like McDonalds; you know what you're gonna get every time and every time they will fail to butter the toast properly, (is this how you do it at your house??). But it's always pretty good. Plus there's some comfort in watching them cook your food and they knowing it.
