Please share the last 8 of your chassis. If you have access to your Davie log file or regen history from a dealer hookup, that may help if I can see them.
Let me dig in a bit and I will report back.

GD 298 125.
They show me the regen history but i don't have it with me. Attached is the bill for my last visit to the dealer, they "didn't find anything wrong with it" but the lights says the opposite.Attached Files:

Does your code readout issue fault counts? As in number of times each fault has occured?
Send me that regen history report if you find it. -
No it doesn't count it, that's the ELD on my truck. I'll try to get it again at the dealership and I'll send it to you. Thanks.
Goodysnap Thanks this. -

You still have a wiring issue.
FC P3767 DPF delta pressure short to ground and P3763 DPF outlet pressure short to ground. These are your root cause faults. P3790 frequent regen is logged because of the interrupting signal and the fault status active inhibits regens. When the wires intermittent rubbing and the fault goes inactive a regen tries to start again. EGR derate is also the result of the above faults. Once the P1495 stays active for 10 operating hrs- P1496 is latched on permanent derate until it is cleared/reset with Davie.
Somewhere between DPF differential pressure sensor and the EAS or the Aftertreatment controller both the outlet pressure and the delta pressure signal wires are intermittently shorted to ground. Somewhere there is a rub in the wires through the insulation of these 2 wires. 3 harness's in total connect the components. Aftertreatment chassis harness, DPF/ SCR harness and DPF sensor jumper harness. Replace the other 2 harness's that have not been replaced or get the meter out and shake it down to see if you can find the issue.
Common areas to check are inside the DPF/SCR box. Factory metal ties are used to secure the DPF SCR harness inside the box. Over time these can wear thru or get pinched on the wires. Also check the jumper harness near the DPF pressure sensor that the wires are not rubbed or shorted to the box, cover or any brackets. Get a good light and a visual inspection all areas of contact where wiring is contacting anything metal. You will find your issue at one of these contact points. Dont rule out rub spots in the chassis harness which runs across the truck to the EAS.
We know you changed 1 harness- if the same faults occured before and after this harness was changed, we know its not that one and the issue is in one of the other two. Very slim chance this is a EAS/ controller issue. 9 times out of 10 its wiring.
HTH and you find the issue in short order. .......Attached Files:
