As long as your not somewhere that freezes. Have you priced a lithium battery? Regular wet cells are less than $80 each
Without actually knowing I’m guessing a high quality lithium would be closer to $1000.00?
You can get a Maxwell start battery and probably eliminate 2 of your battery’s but the maxwell will take up one of those spaces. So for like $700 you can eliminate one battery?
But again, freezing is the biggest hurdle. Cars that have lithium battery have heating to make sure they work and not explode in freezing temperature. -

I use the maxwell starting module, it removes the starting power off the battery bank, most trucks that have this have two batteries, a few which have longer time between being on the road have three batteries. A few trucks are using Baldor regulators for the “house” batteries because of they are AGM batteries.
i would never use li-po or any other battery in the battery box, in the sleeper yes because of the sleeper being insulated. A good bms would have a low temp cutoff which will stop the truck from exploding. -
Dont bother, if you want to save weight, go with one battery, and tri pac, and a maxwell start super cap.

BTW why are you working on saving 60 pounds?

The lithium batteries have to come down in price IMO..I priced lithium batteries for my own use,,,too much money considering I average 7 years out of a Walmart Marine Starting battery @$70.
