Anyone experienced front tire wear like this? Pictures attached.

I might be wrong but isn’t there a mark on tires that’s supposed to be mounted opposite of where the valve stem would be?
Seems I heard that somewhere and if that mark and stem are on the same position that it can throw off the balance??

Not sure where I heard it but might be worth checking in to??
