    do owner operators exist down under ? If so the rates must be epic for pulling 2-3 trailers with fuel and equipment prices…..

    Wonderful. There is good karma. I too have been its recipient over the years. Truck carefully till deal is closed. No need for further outlay if avoidable.

    It's still a good bit up hill, I basically run along the top of the Deevide, and it's still pretty dang windy. So the outlook is somewhat grim.

    All over a wheel seal. Same thing happened to me, on a steer. I was able to drive it a mile to the shop. The Truck stop paid for my repair. $2100 for spindle, bearings, Labor. It still cost Me a day of chasing parts and the cost of a rental car. I did sleep all day in the rental, while it was fixed. Glad it’s fixed, and they’re paying for it.
