Tractor protection valve leaking

Tractor protection on the firewall, leaks out the exhaust when both buttons are in and I apply brakes. Is it the valve or something back feeding?

If I pull out the red trailer supply it doesn’t leak. I unhooked the red glad hand off the trailer to isolate the trailer, pushed in red trailer supply and it leaks out the tractor procreation exhaust.

Alright just to follow up, the tractor protection failed. Replaced with new one and it doesn’t leak.
