It was actually Toronto to Moncton NB (Amazon freight) drive empty to Truro NS for a live load at Intertape Polymer Group in Truro (Abbey Ave). Ran that for 3 months before Amazon found another carrier to haul the freight for a fraction of what they paid us.

Definitely miss going that way. Occasionally our company finds loads going that way just so our drivers can enjoy the open road.

    Elroythekid Thanks this.

I yust crossed in Pembina and asked myself. He said, " rumors talk about the 8th."

By this point you gotta figure everyone has taken steps to be ready for it in the new year, one way or the other. Whether the 8th, 22nd or some other date it makes little difference now,

Anyone who won't be ready on the 8th of January wouldn't be ready March 15th.

There is some truth to it.

Anyone who was counting on the US not following through on vacccine requirements now has Canada to contend with,

VACCINE EXEMPTIONS ENDING IN NEW YEAR
The federal government said Friday it will require certain groups of travellers, who are currently exempt from entry requirements, to be fully vaccinated with a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter the country.

"Given the greater availability of these vaccines in many parts of the world, we will also be further reducing the number of entry exemptions available for adults who are not fully vaccinated," Duclos said.

These changes apply to all essential service providers, including truck drivers...
