And speaking of beer, I'm unloading corn syrup at a plant near Raphine that brews and bottles "The Champagne of Bottled Beers", for those of you too young to remember that tagline, it's "the one in the clear glass bottles", the better to oxidize, my dear.........
On return to Dayton last night, I ate dinner at Waffle House, so it was a WH two-fer. (Dinner was an All-Star: scrambled, biscuit, browns chunked and covered, BACON, and a blueberry waffle.)
Scheduled to load up in Dayton again tomorrow afternoon, and come back down here.
The travel agent kinda pissed me off yesterday, so I'm only communicating via text, so I don't say anything I may regret.
Probably have Chester's Chicken for lunch, at that Love's south of White's.
On the other hand, I should swing in to White's and get some bolts and another mudflap for the tractor, because some knucklehead decided they needed it more than I did, and took it, bolts and all........
While my truck was in OUR yard!!austinmike, Pamela1990, dwells40 and 8 others Thank this. -
Clear glass lets the quality show through. Brown bottles are required by savages that store their beer in the sunlight.

Anytume u guys get a load going to seattle but the broker doesnt list the address on the rate con just understand its going to the port. They dont list the address on rate con for a reason because nobody would take the load if they knew it was going to the port. Well today i am the sucker. Now were sitting here half loaded waiting for them to build pallets together and then we get to tarp it. In the snow. And they said its not going to be ready for 2 more hours.
