@Espressolane since u know the route im talking about . have you ever found that truckstop in plains mt? That place is a gem. Doesnt even look like a truckstop but there is plenty of parking in back. Ive only ever seen 2 trucks there at 1 time before. I must of drove passed it 100 times and didnt realize they had truck parking until my buddy told me about it. Huge store inside. Great place to stop.

 

Not many steering wheel holders on this thread, so not a threat for special routes to get too crowded.

I've been up north of Missoula that way, but never used it as a detour for 90. I typically just spend my 30 minutes chaining and get back on the road, when you're pulling heavy you don't lose that much more time running iron than just pulling slowly due to weight.

 

No need for that child and cacti endangering AC upbhere.
