The petro at 272 exit is usually good for a spot. Theres a secret truck stop in hauser idaho. It is my go to spot. At all times of day and night. Great little place. Nobody knows about it. Plus it can get you around the scale in spokane if you are interested. Just google hauser market. Easiest way to get there is take exit 2 in post falls id on i90 . Where the loves and flying j is at. Go north until u get to the end of the road and come to highway 53 . Go west and it will be on the right hand side in about 3/4 mile. Theres always a space open . Even at 2 am. Just dont tell anybody.

If you want to avoid the spokane scale. Continue on highway 53 west . It will turn into 290 when u cross into washington about a mile past the truckstop. There is a dot pullout there . But never seen a soul ever there before. Continue on that road until u come to sullivan rd exit. Take that south and it takes u right back to i90 . You can also use pines rd and argonne rd to get back to i90 as well. But sullivan is the best as its an industrial district road built for trucks.

It is always good for a spot. I have parked here at 2am and 3am and every time of the day. The only bad thing is there is no lights so its a bit dark when backing up at night.

Even the overpriced housing, quality of citizens fleeing there from Cali, and the gov't getting more liberal?

The CA hippies moved to OR, The Hollywood urban cowboys are invading Montana. Will have the same affect......

I do agree . The overpriced housing is ridiculous. I wouldve moved here already but cant justify paying 1800 a month for something ill only see on the weekends and maybe a day or 2 during the week. Rather just stay in my truck and get a hotel room when the truck gets old

I liked the areas u posted on here in washington. Id love to find something around spokane like either north or south of it city limits. I think montana and idaho are just so far out of touch with reality with housing

Extreme caution on Spokane area, Druggie haven out there..... Too much "Big City" B.S. for my tolerance.

A few years back was looking at the FHA/ gov't seized properties for sale site. Felt like about 75% had chemical warnings attached to the inspection reports from drug production.Would need to get an hour or so outa town to minimize that.
