Back in the mid '90's I drove a turned up star OTR pulling a flat, Cat 425 w/13 & A.R. Other than being a little heavy, I couldn't name a single fault with it, real solid truck. It'd be my 1st choice for a road tractor, just my 2 cents...

 

Kinda what I figured.

 

That's almost the same as me with the 5th wheel 6-8 inches back of center. 45k on I'll be about 9800.

Some words of caution…

Most of the guys in the open deck forum are your decent every day “live and let live” crowd. And for the most part, things here are peaceful and uneventful.

1. You have people that roam these forums trying to spread fear and drama. Before you know it, we will all be labeled as bigots, racists, homophobes, toxic Neanderthals. Be sure to thank someone.
Yes, once again, they target the open deck crew, trying to get a rise out of people with possible fake intel. If you choose to debate with them, proceed with caution. Why not sell them an idea on the Purge? COVID would be eradicated overnight.

2. If mods delete your post, don’t say anything to them about it, be it public or private. Trust me on that.
