If driver is not satisfied with load , rates or whatever, he leaves truck 1200 miles from terminal and no escrow? Company loose money.
Escrow amount is same as deductible amount for insurance.
Companies can not claim drivers mistakes and damages because it will raise up insurance charges to all trucks and all drivers.
Unfortunately some companies do not giving back escrow money
