    The truck is a 1997 Peterbilt 377 . Thank you kindly for all of the helpful information. I’m going to dig into some of the wiring and try to figure something out.

    That’s the wrong diagram I think. That’s for a older model, it doesn’t show the ecm to cab harness. I’ll keep looking.

    I have a 96 377 with 5ek. I have the same problem. Fan comes on with ac use and when I start truck. Replaced all water sensors. I have power to fan solenoid and Manuel switch works when I flip it on
