When you say that you’re avoiding females.... please don’t tell me that you’re now involved in an alternative lifestyle.

And what if the kid didn’t break his neighbor’s window..
Does he still need to apologize?Boondock and Pamela1990 Thank this. -
Did the kid hit his baseball onto the neighbors property? Was it a near miss? Then yeah, he should apologize and change his behavior.
Now if the kid stayed in his yard and did not encroach on the neighbors, then no apology is needed. But that's not what the OP said. He said that another classmate had corroborated the complaint, so SOMETHING happened. -
Yes they often say when it comes to taking offense its "What is said that counts" than other times "its not whats said but how it's said that counts" or "Its not whats said but who says it" The other day I watched an old show on youtube called "Dean Martins celebrity roasts" out of the MGM casino in Las Vegas screened back in the 70's with Don Rickles one of the Roasters my first thought was none of what these folks were saying in the 70's would ever be allowed to be said in the current times. That's how much times have changed.
Sure there can be sensitive people however over the years I've learned that who am I to judge them, who knows what they've been through? The truth be known all of us at some point will be sensitive to something or someone. . So sometimes it is important to think very carefully about what we say to people or about people.Last edited: Dec 8, 2021
Boondock and homeskillet Thank this. -
70% of people are way too sensitive nowadays.
If your skin is that thin, you best live in a bubble, or just kill yourself, to get it over with, because you'll always be unhappy, and always blaming everyone else for your unhappiness.Hammer166, VinceBlack, Val_Caldera and 4 others Thank this. -
Oh your awful but I like you
Boondock and Pamela1990 Thank this. -
The corroborater was never identified. No real facts, no real evidence... just somebody choosing to say whatever they wish about somebody else.
Perhaps the real crime here is that there are actually people weak enough to let themselves defend an accuser that has provided no physical proof whatsoever.
You’re right, something happened, and it’s called false accusation. Mix that in with a generous amount of slander as a side dish and the ‘accused’ here could have himself a civil case against both the school as well as the accuser; that is, he could if he had the money to initiate a lawsuit which I’m willing to bet is in short supply due to his chosen profession of being a truck driver.Pamela1990, Boondock and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
You sir, have no idea of the law.alds, Sirscrapntruckalot, Boondock and 1 other person Thank this.

Perhaps you could be so kind as to then enlighten me regarding the law.
My question would be thus:
How does a person with both an admitted and proven record of a mental imbalance, possibly even on medication, arbitrarily fabricate an accusation with absolutely no evidence whatsoever, and then those accusations are automatically and immediately supported by a staff that are either too ignorant or too frightened to do any further investigating as to her claims, other than a punative action taken against the accused?Pamela1990 and Boondock Thank this. -
Exactly! Anyone can say anything they want when they never have to face them.Pamela1990 and Boondock Thank this.
