Honestly I'm not impressed with it. It took two days to get the thing to complete the reflash and the tech guys told me I should send them my ecm and go on vacation or find someone with a breakout cable to bypass the diagnostic port.
They told me these early year model Cat ecm's are commonly difficult to flash but only after I had purchased the tuner and rendered my truck inoperable with it did they mention this. When I was talking to them about buying the tuner they were totally positive about it and never mentioned that it's routinely an issue to flash this specific year model.
I'm thoroughly displeased with the customer service side of the ordeal and as for the performance of the tuner... I'm having to drop a full gear on hills that I didn't have to before. It's on the "power" setting and it appears to be less "powerful" than my stock tune.
In theory the tuner was a good idea but in reality it cost me two days of revenue and over 3k after paying for the tuner and for someone to bring a breakout harness to complete the flash.
I feel like whoever is responsible for the product, customer service and false claims of 10% to 15% more power deserves to be kicked in the teeth.

Man that's total BS!

I did my research based on my engine and was willing to take the chance with it based on that.

Seems some people have bad experiences with their products, and the customer service just falls apart if it's anything more than a simple fix.

They definitely did you wrong by not telling you it wasn't a good product for your engine and ecm. Seriously, that's low... selling it knowing it wouldn't work right. I wonder if somehow the tune that it flashed wasn't the right one or something, I don't know but you are due a satisfactory outcome.
