As far as fast food joints Whataburger then In N Out.

Been that way for 2 days now.

 

I've enjoyed some juicy burgers. Lucy's burgers were delicious. Believe they was located in Holly Hill.

 

The one just before Flushing? Yea it's still there and even got a remodel last year. The burgers are ok. They did have a quality hit when the owner passed, but they are still good.
Could be worse like Big John's. Before moving here wife and I lived in Texas. She visited her family and I had her bring me a steak and onion on the plane with her. Now days I won't even stop there it's gotten so bad.

What burger is best? Oh please....don't get me started--serious burger lover, here!

For those interested in trying new things--there's a very up-&-coming burger chain over in Alabama that I recommend you try--if you can, and haven't already.

It's called, "Jack's" (not to be confused at all with "Jack in the Box"). They started out in the Birmingham area, back in the early 60s.

Each time I eat one--their burgers remind me of the burgers I ate back when I was a kid--a true, old-fashioned burger taste. WOW!!!

Whataburger is also very good, Five Guys is very tasty--but of course, high-priced.

Another chain, "Cook Out"...makes a pretty darn tasty burger, as well.

Given the above choices--I no longer visit Burger King, Wendy's, McDee's.

Thanks very much, @Chinatown--for the above posting . I'll have to try those--didn't know about them. Sounds like a fun (& tasty) project!
