Why would someone work for a month without pay? If I was with them in their truck and they told me to take to a dealer that loaded or empty trailer would get dropped somewhere and I would B/T home and tell them to pick up their truck at my house. Sounds like all the sighns where there sometimes driver don't read so good I guess. Come on drivers you got to learn to look out for you and your familys.

The thing is they are not publicly traded and they did not have to report a thing to the SEC. I do however understand your point. What Dougie done will hunt him, but he will keep his assets. Answer this question, if he squandered company funds, do you think he has much in personal assets? My bet is his personal debt outweighs his assets. Who would ever want to do business with him again. Can you say Burger King? I don't know, being rich you think differently, well, only if you made the money yourself, I guess. It took his father 30yrs to build Arrow and it took Dougie 9 yrs to bring it to the ground. -

I heard a commercial on XM last nite for Arrow recruiting.Just a little behind I think.

Why haven't they called me back? Oh well, guess I'll just head on out to Tulsa. Shoot, they've been in business since 1948...I'm sure everything is OK. Wish me luck!

I just heard about this...feel really bad for all the stranded drivers and heartened by all the outpouring of help from other drivers and companies. I hear you on the "not paid in a month" stuff. I'd park the truck until I got my money after the first week, much less waiting a whole month. I just hope all the drivers made it home in time for Christmas.

The deal was make it to the terminal or park it an an dealership and they would get an ticket home....via bus !
At least that is what i was told by numerous drivers ! -
Arrow's gates are locked. My 'recruiter' says my 'assigned tractor' OI812 is on the yard, fueled and waiting. He keeps telling me that he'll be down to unlock the gate but it's been over a week and the Tulsa rescue mission says I'll have to leave shortly.
I don't want to loose my 'earnest money' and still hoping to make the career move of my life. 20 years as a Waffle House 'cook' just wasn't cutting it anymore. Could never get laid or anything! The 'clients' here at the rescue mission tell me I have to possess a 'CDL license' - what is up with that?Last edited: Jan 10, 2010
