Apu is leaking coolant

    So our apu is leaking coolant. Should we kink off our hoses to apu? Or how to handle this

    Depends how they did the plumbing..

    Some actually used shutoff valves during install that can be closed off and then bypass the APU.

    If you have a Carrier, its probably the radiator.

    Shut off valves are something everyone should add. It'll cost you maybe $30 and a half hour.

    There should have been shut offs installed from the installer
    Mine are inside the frame a foot or so from the Apu itself

    I’ve used vise grips in the past to pinch off a hose on an APU to get back to the shop.
