Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Try DMW Expedite in Nashville . They hire company drivers .
-
Tell me something about them Rick. Seeing how it is the weekend I will call on Monday.
Do you know anything about home time?
Are they going to expect me to buy fuel? 1099 me? -
I don't know much about them except I see their trucks around and I haven't heard negative about them anything about them . Here's what Safer has on them . http://www.safersys.org/query.asp?s...original_query_string=DMW EXPEDITE INC#Safety
I couldn't get the Safestat link to come up . Maybe you can try it . Their website says they have company drivers and O/O's . -
Talked to them today. O/O only.
Thanks -

What exactly are you looking for in a job? I have a seat open and we run through Nashville a lot. We run primarily between the upper midwest and the southeast(which would take you right through home), and the upper midwest and the west coast.

Why in the heck didn't I get a post reminder notice??? Did you fill this? I will PM you my phone number.
Thanks! -
Are there any decent companies out there anymore, or is it just the dissatisfied drivers that ever do any posting? I'm thinking of going back to freight hauling after driving within the music buisness for the past 16 yrs or so. So far, everywhere I look, there is no end to the derogatory comments about any and (seemingly) every company out there, but good comments are few and far between. I can't decide if it's only the drivers that constantly deliver late & piss and moan to their dispatchers all the time that are subsequently left "sitting", and have time to blog, or if there is a company out there that doesn't specialize in lying and generally screwing over their drivers. How 'bout it, any decent companies left out there?
