    22 year old Carlos Gonzales has blown through a red light at just under 90mph, blitzed on the ganja, in his Tesla and has killed three people. Carlos is getting rung up for second degree murder. Carlos also had warrants for his arrest on unrelated marijuana offenses.

    Should we hope that Carlos, a dynamic young man?, sentence isn't too harsh?
