    Me three. It not so much about it catching fire but if the vehicle is disabled by an EMP. Then you have a glorified full size paperweight!

    A regular vehicle with an internal combustion engine can be disabled with an EMP unless you have something from the pre-computer days with a carburetor and distributor.
