    I have a pre-hire from all three companies. I have some questions about each;

    What kind of miles are solos getting # Swift, teams at Covenant and US Xpress
    What kind of medical insurances do all three offer.
    What kind of hazmat stuff do all companies move.
    How often is equipment traded in?
    What is orientation like for all three.

    Go watch the thread for Covenant authored by Bigwheels.

    From what I was told second hand, US Express doesn't want solos. I think they want you to run 6 months as a team.

    FRom what I have seen the best pay is going to be with Swift as a solo. They emailed me a pay sheet yesterday.

    You are in Florida so pickens is slim.
