We have that crap at big terminals too. At my barn the worthless ones get coddled instead of replaced like they should be.
I remember well the days when we actually had standards in this business.

Im out of Cinci Ohio which is worse than his lol. I ran east my first week on Extraboard and hated it. Not worth it lol, ive had a 4 day week where I had 20 hooks here. Still roll on my 10 each day I can and often am at terminals before I get my time back if I have something. I've also found that switching to runnings days is way better than nights. Past 3 weeks I've been planned as soon as i wake up on the app, and have been getting down into georgia, and dallas last week. After being down that way, never ever want to run north again lol. As soon as I start going south, boom 3k miles easy.

Yeah I’m down in Orlando this week. Louisville hasn’t had freight ready until like 9 pm on my first day out. So I can never leave early. I’ve only been northeast like three times in 6 months. Little tip, if you go to west middlesex, get there before 3 am otherwise you’ll go northeast -
Thanks for the tip man, I have been trying to start my first day at like 5pm since i've been pre assigned to something. Ever since I started early things have went better. I haven't got down to florida yet, SAV was my furthest down that way. Might stay out an extra week if they give me something south this week, I miss the warmth of the south

yeah, we actually plan on moving in a couple years to the mobile area. All their freight runs east to Georgia, Florida and the Carolina’s. Pretty excited

Sounds like gravy runs man! I am looking to get back out of ohio here soon, was living down in SAV but wasn't driving a truck down there, had to come back up here for a little bit unfortunately. The south is awesome if you don't mind the summer heat
