Speeding Motorcycle Slams into Disabled Truck

    Both drivers were wrong here, I think. The trucker shouldn't have been in the carpool lane, though, not knowing the particulars of his mechanical problems there is a possibility he had no other option. The biker definitely shouldn't have been speeding. I know we've been passed a number of times out in that area by motorcycles going about 100mph weaving in and out of traffic.

    i don't know about the trucker being wrong, Ever tried to pull to the right when you have lost power or the brakes are locked up, The 4 Wheelers will let you stop in the center lane before they will let you move over. I think think the driver did what he could to get out of the main traffic lanes.
