I've driven a few, dang I'm gettin old!!! from old total beater 2 axle Pete COE, B model Macks, long wheel base Shaker COE no power steering, 86 Conventional Frieghtshaker with a SCREAMIN silver 92 in it, a brand spankin new 88 Volvo/White/GMC(that was a comfy truck for OTR at the time) 88 Freightshaker, 86 KW, 88 KW's, 94 KW's . 87 359,brand spankin new 88 379, new 98 379's, new 05 379's. Anyway to make a long story short. The Pete's have always won for me, HANDS DOWN!!!! Especially the 359, but I ended up back in the 88 379, after an almost total rebuild/restoration. For some reason that has always been my favorite truck........But that's just my .02 cents, which is probably worth absolutely .00 about now.
