Freightliner has a system that you can look up parts based on the vin. I forgot what it’s called.

Can you ask the dealer for a quote emailed to you? I'd imagine it would have the part numbers on it.

I don't know if anything has changed I set mine up a long time ago but at that time you had to fax or e-mail a copy of your title to the dealer or the people that set up your account and they verify you are the owner of that truck and then they will give you access.
The parts are not just specific to a Freightliner model they are specific to your particular truck. Not every single solitary part number for every single solitary thing on the truck is in there, but almost all of it is.
As far as part numbers go I don't blame Freightliner for not giving them out. They make money selling Parts not paying people to give you the part number so you can go buy it for less money. And honestly not all of the parts, but most of the parts that I bought from Freightliner were at least competitive if not less than other places, at least at my dealerships near me.
So if for some reason I did not go on to dtna connect, like for example I needed a leveling valve for my truck. I had some other parts I was going to order so I just called them and asked. They said it would take a day to come in. I told them that I really was trying to get my truck fixed today, (it was first thing in the morning and they will deliver parts to me), could you please give me the part number so I can try to find it today. No problem they gave it to me.
Until you are set up with dtna connect you can come on here and see if anyone else has the part numbers for what you need or you can try to Google it- a lot of times the numbers will come up there but that's a little more sketchy. -

Tell dealer your putting your truck up for sale to buy a new one from them and you would like the dealer printout of the FULL list of whats on your truck by its serial number. That should get you most if not all part numbers ie air compressor , ac , starter , and such . Then pick a different kind of truck instead of a fruitliner next time

Ford would blackout part numbers on quotes. Made completing insurance claim very difficult.RedForeman Thanks this.
