You are bleeding the correct tank. And All that moisture could be normal from a build up from not being bled in the past. Keep pulling the cord on regular basis and if you keep getting alot like you explain in the beginning, then yes, you might have a problem. You didnt mention if you have a "Air Dryer".
Also, that particular tank is called the the "WET TANK". That's the first main tank the air goes to from the air compressor.Last edited: Nov 17, 2013

I have a volvo and no air or moisture is coming from the tanks please help

Valve is froze up.

There are wet tanks and dry tanks. Doesn't hurt to Winterize your air system after you drain it.

In 11 years, never drained it and it never froze up.
On any truck. -
I’ve been driving 3 and had issues on 4 separate occasions.. I now keep 3 bottles of brake line alcohol in my side box to go along with going though about a bottle each week just to be safe
