Headed to Missouri for a drop.
Ready for hometime. 8 days out is enough.
Good miles the last 2 days though.

 

Is Central going to pay the overweight fines? If not I wouldn't touch that load with a 10 foot pole. The other driver was probably lucky and the scales were closed when he went past.

I have to wipe the tears from my eyes and hold my sides for a moment.

Central pay a overweight ticket..... HA

I can't even get them to give me the $40 layover they owe me from 3 weeks ago

 

yeah they are paying the fines. Got them to put it on QC too. I had a bad feeling about this repower when we got it this morning

 

This is why I don't trust any load that I haven't scaled myself.

Hometime???? Working on day 50, +6 over voluntary days.

 

That falls under the status of been there done that.
I been there, I done that, I no longer do that. lol
I like to run hard all week and get a restart every 7-10 days at home.
That way I can make good money and still see the wife, ride my bike when nice out, ride my inlaws sled during the winter etc.
When OTR all the time that was my whole life. I rather missed the rest of it.
Making money and not being able to enjoy it is not allot of fun.

 

thanks guys for the info... well i had my first day in class today.... we started out with 14 and ended the day with only 7.... so lets see what tomorrow will be..lol
