You shouldn’t have a issue even with a decent starter company.

There might be a small issue with that after the rolling stop I was hit by a moped operator coming out of the sidewalk. I was ruled not at fault because you couldn't see him on the dashcam. The detective recommended that I try and get it delayed because he is leaving and won't be available to testify

Wonderful. Any other little details of your driving history you might have forgotten to mention?

Get it delayed , and hire an attorney .

    drivers and future drivers :
Your DL and driving record is your earning potential .

for EVERY ticket , you MUST hire an attorney and have them handle it and get it dismissed or reduced or at the very lease a suspended sentence , which usually means if you don’t get another ticket in that state in 12 months the first ticket is dismissed .

Do NOT plead guilty and pay the ticket .
    Not ever .

Once the revenue collection officer writes the ticket , the money is GONE.
Your job is to spend even more money to keep it from showing up on your record , which is done every day in every court by lawyers .

    ncmickey and Speedy356 Thank this.

If you don't have a CDL yet, see if the court will let you take a Defensive Driving course to dismiss. Then don't get another for 12 months.

Yo Lorenzo, your record is cleaner than many who apply for jobs in this industry, if you had a 15 over or something serious, then you would have a difficult time but those violations are nothing … so just apply to anyone and be honestly.

    Lonesome Thanks this.
