Let me get this straight. A brand new CDL school. Wants to train people to run the ice roads?

Gee. What could possibly go wrong.

 

I read this thread and haven't been able to figure out what the OP is actually trying to do. Open an ice road school, get a CDL, or get trained to drive on the ice roads.

 

I put 2 posts together. The first. Wanting to get ice roads certified and the 2nd trying to open truck driving school and nearly finished. To form my conclusion. English doesn't seem to be their first language.

 

I’m in Norther Ontario and there’s no regulations. Just drive the speed you are told, watch for signs of the water coming in on you and be clinically retarded.

 

'Real ice truckers' arn't pretty enough for TV...I have worked with a bunch of Canadian drivers and those that spoke about winter driving had faces that looked like prunes from squinting in the bright daylight while chain smoking Players 'Navy cut'
