Safety Hold for Narcotic...

If you put down you are taking opiates and have the documentation behind it thats all they need. I have taken many drug tests and haven't had an issue. No I don't use someone else's urine. I'll take a piss test any day any time and if some one wants to watch then thats their deal. I am argueing cause basically everyone on here says I'm a danger to the roads but without even knowing who I am or what i'm about.
How bout this, most of you probly drink alcohol. So when you first started a beer would do the trick, now that your older and have a TOLERANCE it takes more than a beer, maybe a 6 pack, hell you might be up the hard liquor by now. I don't even drink because I know what effect boose has on me. I would never count on anyone from my company to back me up. I'd pull my own trigger before that happened. I understand that if I was to ever get in an accident questions would arise, but at the same time, I thought this country was innocent untill proven guilty. I will take any test any day any time to proove myself. Anybody who knows me will testify on my behalf. For now however, if any of you see a white volvo approaching pull over quickly I might endanger your life...

 

Well geez guys looks like you may get what you wanted. My meds are all fine but since I got a second 3 month card for my blood pressure I may be out. However my blood pressure is fine and I have my doctor writing a note saying he's been observing it along with my pain med intake. Well cross your fingers and pray to the trucker gods and you may all get your wish of paying for me to sit on my butt all day!!

 

I guess I see it as if 2 seperate doctors that gave the DOT physical didn't have a problem with it, and now that the Company doctor and legal dept didn't have a problem with it, I don't see what the problem is.... I know if I was a doctor and felt a particular person shouldn't drive I know I wouldn't risk my ### signing off because technically since the doctor signed me off he and she shall be held responsible too!!
