i usually don’t end up in the east much, been there 3 times. Usually end up going from my terminal to memphis, then wherever. Usually down towards Dallas. Then end my week up near stl. The dispatcher in Dallas area sucks, won’t send you anywhere empty and will shut you down even with like 7-8 hours

What madness are you talking about? I know you can't be talking about central dispatch? I made so much money with Tom, Will, Arienette, Lanita... Man I can go on and on. I've been still tryna get back on the board but they just keep blocking Sunday start bro.
-
Not much lately. Idk who Tom is. Will is typically in my area trying to get me home.
Lanita/arienette are both in days. There’s a guy named Sai, sounds like Will.
I woke up from little rock went to Dallas. Had like 5-6 hours left. Dude says “take this van over to Irving” okay sure, 7 miles maybe I’ll go to Tulsa/okc. Nah. Tells me to grab an empty van and take it back to Dallas. I get back there, he shuts me down. He will not send you empty anywhere.
I had two days this week under 500. Lou/Nashville/Atlanta and shut down one day. -
also, you’d think Wednesday start would be awesome due to weekends.. nahh. some weeks are good (around 2700 miles) others…it’s under 2500 miles. This week I had 2508 and only 5 hooks/drops.
I’d start days if I could, I can’t get out of my terminal until like 10pm anymore -
I used to run days. Sai is cool if you wanna eat he'll feed you. That's been my experience
-
yeah totally different here, if there’s no freight, you don’t go anywhere. It’s happened a few times the last couple months
-
How busy is that Dallas terminal? Would it take a while to get a linehaul bid?
-
Dallas is expanding and it tends to be busy. You have 4 terminals in that immediate area now. The terminals are Dallas, Irving, Fort Worth, & Grand Prairie. Dallas is the biggest terminal doy there's more opportunities to move around and do other things.brtecson Thanks this.

Cool, thanks for the reply

I see that Estes has been posting ads for both “Over the road drivers” and “extra board drivers.” Is there any difference between the two or are they simply the same?
