That adds some perspective. If some of those van guys can do it I guess I can. Didn't want to out any one company if ya know what I mean.

Will do. Just like everything else. Take your time and get used to it I guess. Thanks again for the insight.

I run roads in the Northeast, I swear a truck does not belong. Tail swing worries me sometimes, but never an issue yet. Especially if you're aware of it, you'll be alright. It absolutely will pivot on the front and drag the rear sideways. Sucks doing that, but sometimes that's the maneuverability you need, so the trailer just has to take it and like it while you grit your teeth.

I'll give it a go. I live in a small town so I don't have to go very far to find a tight intersection. Appreciate the help.

My hydraulic equipment trailer had a 15' axle to tail distance. The only time it's an issue is if you pull a 180. At max turn your swing is massive. Normal driving it doesn't matter.

Ok. In the process of setting the trailer up now. Appreciate the help. I'll be getting some practice hopefully next week.

You might also consider plumbing the dump valve exhaust into a quick release valve like how the truck uses one to dump the bags. I haven't yet, but I plan to. Otherwise with my orifice size, I hit the dump about ten or fifteen seconds before the turn to make sure it's effective by the time I get there.

Once I figure out what the pins in the plug control a quick dump valve will be put on if it isn't already.

Do you have a second pigtail? And do you have a factory aux switch?

Yes the trailer has a second 6 pin female connection. The truck however does not so I will be going pin by pin in the connector to figure out what the previous owner has them wired to. Then I get to wire the truck side the way it needs to be to make it work.
