You can get a license no problem. Past DUI's don't matter.
Getting a good job is a different story. You will be able to get a job. You most likely will even be able to get a good job with a couple years of experience.
About the only real hurdle is you can't go into Canada. If you live in a border state it might limit your opportunities.

 

You can get a cdl but jobs may not be good.

There's some good cdl schools in Phoenix.
Get a school start date, then put in some applications.
You can start the application on day one of cdl school.
