Yeah, I'm not interested in working more hours. I worked a long time under the old 100 air-mile/short-haul rules before they were expanded. I eventually quit because they needed me to work 12 hours per day, 6 days a week. I'm only in trucking until I get my dream job of test-pilot at a pillow factory. Y'all can have all of my OT.

Back when I was in shape I could do 14-16 hour days. I'm a really old 41. 10 to 10.5 hours now and I'm exhausted.
I'm not hating tho specially if you can get a cherry of a run in that time.

All you have to do is look around. How many propane bottles have you seen laid over in the ditch the last couple months that they’ve been exempt in the northern states? Have you seen a higher number of cattle trucks laid over than normal these last two years?

I thought there was a study that was supposed to be coming out that was tied to the livestock haulers getting their HOS changes. They got the changes they wanted but then I never saw anything about the study that was done.
