Yeah, yesterday sucked. Going from Dallas to Council Bluffs. The KS turnpike was a joke, made it up to Percival, IA before I ran out of time. Once I got north of Topeka on 75 it was sunny and dry, you'd never know it snowed!

I had it ‘easy’. High winds and snow squalls in Kentucky on 64 w last night. Road was just wet. Considered shutting down but made it to Louisville without issue. Must have looked drunk ‘swerving’ with the wind gusts hitting me… the road was just about deserted…

I made a delivery yesterday at Plainfield, IN went to park at a rest area when the snow storm started coming around.

Started today around 7:30 A.M. on I-65 North going to pick up a load at Mauser in Bolingbrook, IL… 4 hours and still counting because an accident I’m stuck on the interstate along with other drivers.

If you’re coming this way…A head’s up don’t bother! We are not moving an inch!!! Take a detour if you can!

    Thanks for the info.
I bet that probably there the ones that passed me this morning like a bat out of hell and thirty minutes later the fun began.

According to the news yesterday there was a 100 car pileup including a state trooper car that was redesigned courtesy by a truck driver.

Maybe, but only just a little bit.
If too much, I’ll be in the ditch in the next storm.

But, after living in South Florida for several years and HATING the high humidity and high dew point weather, it was a very beautiful day to be in SoFlo.

They took a broker load to get a driver back home and he ended up in the hospital so they sent me to rescue it. Then another broker load to get me back to GA in time for home time in SC today.

    Crusader66 Thanks this.
