they should not punish for refusing a load, at least not a owner op, they have to take loads that make money, not cost them money, but even they have said they are being punished for turning down loads, and they are being forced dispatched.

My husband and I read the whole thread together, it sounds like they are a team, she even writes about getting a hurry up load. So if she is not a driver she is writing it like she is.

BTW threatening my wife or me is not a good idea. If she is really not a driver then it is a misunderstanding, but if she is a driver, she does need to stop driving and get some real rest. BTW this sight is monitored.

Her husband is L/O. That makes it their business, even though she isn't a driver. If you've read the entire thread, you will see that she was off the truck for a bit. He had a trainee during that time. That might be where you're getting confused. HTH

I have a bad disc on L5 S1 that is on a nerve root bilaterally according to MRI I know the pain. I was told surgery could actually make me worse. I use a brace when I need it, but I am afraid of surgery. I have had to live with it several years now. The pain is worse sometimes when I have a attack then childbirth. I have been hospitalized twice, where I was in wheel chair and walker for eight weeks, but i did get back on my feet. I do wonder , if I will always be able to do this. Hang in there, and i hope the surgery works for you.

sure do, the way you wrote it sounds like you are a team. We had three couples killed due to driving fatigued! this was back in the mid to late nineties, and was not with Central. They were driving 1100 to 1200 miles a day, and it is very hard to get sound rest with truck moving on some of these rough ### roads. I have been a driver for going on 20 years. I no longer drive fatigued for any reason. Younger days I did, and older and wiser I know how stupid it is to do it. Take it from a older and much wiser driver, it is even hard to know when your are fatigued behind the wheel. I am tired of unsafe drivers. Have had even central drivers running at 65mph on ice!! Drivers all, get a bad rap due to unsafe driving habits. I for one like most of the new 2010 rules, not all of them but most of them. Sorry if this was a misunderstanding, but threatening me or my wife is not very professional either.
