Well for what its worth double digit number of guys including myself have a prediagnoses of proctal glaucoma..... as in we don't see our ##* coming in next week

 

So correct me if I’m wrong, but primarily the 8cpm went to DC’s that are in need of drivers? And the penny went to everywhere else?

 

That's what it looks like.

 

Not really. Midway needed 30 new drivers, and now it appears they'll need 70..

And, if that is their reasoning, the slow hiring markets will fill up and the other markets, I.e. midway, will be stagnate. No one will hire on for .01 extra.

 

No matter how you slice it, this raise structure makes no sense.

 

I don’t work for WM anymore, but I did hear that a certain DC in NH gave drivers .09 raise. Don’t know if that is true however…

 

I talked to a driver from the NH dc and he said they got 6 cents.
