I'am currently rewiring the light strips under the cab & sleeper on a truck of mine also replacing the lights with LEDs I just bought some 2 into 1 wire crimp connectors that have heat shrink and some other material that forms around the 2 wires that go into 1 side of the connector.. they were alittle pricey..1.50 each but I like the way they seal.. I guess time will tellRideandrepair, Ruthless, Rubber duck kw and 1 other person Thank this. -
Even the cheap heat shrink crush connectors from Harbor Freight work pretty good if a good set of crimpers are used. The cheap ones I used in the past put a pinhole in the insulation when I crimped. Then when the Winter rolled around salt water would get inside and corrode it all away. Hair pulling madness ensued.

Mine too are those crappy blue connectors. But I hope those weren't factory installed, but some "modifications" added later on
