    So currently at a company that has there trucks set up with electric apu and auto start. But I sware auto start goes off after 12 hours or so. I know price of fuel is retarded but I neither need a thermoking apu or idol, best midwest regional companies that offer this please....

    My truck has a Carrier APU....it's the only one I've ever known. What is it about Thermo King APU that's different?

    well I've only known of thermo kings and last company I was with the few carriers they had had lots of issues. but thermo King is just a suggestion

    Tell the boss to kiss your axx, and just idle the truck, if you can. They don't sleep in the cold, and neither should you. With the current difficulty in finding good drivers, they'll cave rather than take a chance losing you.
