Anyway you need to go to hireright.com and get a copy of your dac report for free (hire right owns DAC), and once you have it, you can make a dispute on that entry, and it MIGHT be removed. MIGHT. if it isnt, you can submit a rebuttal, which will be printed on the dac report next to the bad entry.

If you do not get a W2 from those bottom feeders you can send DAC/HireRight your Tax return as PROOF you never even were employed by them! In Fact ask those morons at Celdon for a copy of your last pay stub and you want it in writing as to why you can't get it then sue the craploa out of them! And get that false report off of your DAC!

 

Celadon use to be a decent company but now its gone down hill bad! Get your DAC report and dispute it, To get on the road call some smaller companies and stay with them a few months then call conway or someone with a decent road record and hire on then.

 

Pretty sure celadong made me unrehireable to all tbmhe mega carriers because i left them before my contract for my cdl to be paid off was over due to them giving me #### mileage

One question what #### disabiliy.

If you are disabled offically with SSdI etc you generally are NOT qualified to touch a Semi unless Tier Two and NO DOT card on a grandfathered CDL like me.
