    Most don't require the report, they only have to verify employment over the last 3-10 years. All you do is list the company name and the Owner's contact information on the application. The recruiter will call the owner to verify employment/contract period, driving performance, and Drug/Alcohol results during the employment/contract period.

    I do this at least once per month.
